Alila Villas Uluwatu has two excellent restaurants called Cire and The Warung. Warung serves authentic Indonesian and Balinese cuisine, while Cire provides a contemporary Western cuisine. The chef of both restaurants is from Dutch origin. Ask the chef if you can join him to the local market, after which you can prepare a delicious lunch together. He is a very passionate person. The food at both restaurants is a culinary masterpiece. Try the rice table in the Indonesian restaurant or the melon gazpacho in Cire.
