Chef Laurent Cantuneaux took over this spot in 2009 and Bonito Restaurant has quickly become a popular spot for fashionable locals and hedonistic jetsetters alike. This island-inspired space of mostly white decor looks like something between a living room and luxury villa where close friends hang out.

Bonito Restaurant Saint Barth offers a multi-cultural cuisine with French influences as well as South American flavours (the chef spent a decade in Venezuela), while adding local products. Stars of Bonito’s menu include the delicious Tropical salmon ceviche and Scallops tiradito. Entrées vary from Fresh mint quinoa ”Taboulé” to Spiny lobster salad. Mains include dishes like the Pan seared fillet of Chilean sea bass, Black Angus New York steak and the 5 spices Duck magret.
