Back to our roots! In Amsterdam there is a shortage of deluxe, high-end hotel rooms in the city centre, the reason for the recently opened Conservatorium Hotel. This capital’s newest luxury hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam’s cultural cluster. The Museumplein, the marvelous Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and the exclusive shopping street P.C. Hoofdstraat, are only a short stroll away.

The Conservatorium Hotel, a former bank and conservatory of music, has been transformed by Milanese designer Piero Lissoni into a luxury hotel with a modern international style.

The eight-floor Conservatorium Hotel features 129 chic yet comfortable rooms, and is something different from what you usually find in Amsterdam. Paying homage to the building’s original lofty ceilings, almost half of the rooms have been transformed into stunning duplex layout with large windows and exposed structural beams. All rooms and suites range in size from 28 m2 to a spacious 170 m2.

When it’s time to indulge, head to the hotel’s bar, restaurant, brasserie or lounge for excellent meals and signature cocktails.

Enough of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam? This being thoroughly modern hotel, at least on the inside,  is also a vast holistic well-being retreat where you can restore balance. Earth, water, fire, and air serve as the inspiration for the Spa’s four different areas. The state of the art gym offers every kind of exercise option you desire.
