All the stylish rooms face the superb valley and the Atlas Mountains. Each room features contemporary Moroccan furnishings, exposed brick floors, pale olive walls, a comfortable bed and TV. There is no minibar and Palais Paysan’s rooms either have a bath or shower. Furthermore, the rooms on the ground floor have a small terrace, whilst the first floor rooms boast balconies. Style-wise all of the hotel’s rooms look the same.
This design hotel in Morocco serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, either by the pool or in the beautifully styled restaurant. Breakfast is really delicious with the best homemade Moroccan yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, bread, croissants and eggs if you like. At night, you can choose between Moroccan and international dishes such a Lamb Burger, Sea Bream Carpaccio, Slow-cooked Beef Tagine and our favorite Filo Pastry Pastilla by Chef Hafid. The hotel restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients plus ingredients from the on-site farm.
With a range of activities including horse & camel riding, mountain biking (highly recommended), hiking and golf, Le Palais Paysan offers everything you could need for an intoxicating and relaxing North African escape. By day, lounge on a green daybed, relax to the max, cool down in the (unheated) pool with a view and gaze over a glorious scene. Enough of soaking up the sun?
