Riad El Fenn Hotel
Behind thick walls in the Marrakech Medina lies a traditional townhouse with an artist’s touch. It was love at the first sight for Vanessa Branson (yes, Richard’s sister), the reason why she bought this grand and gorgeous palace in North Africa’s most exotic city.
Tropical courtyards, 3 small heated pools and hammam, plenty of quiet corners, 21 uniquely-styled suites, a massive Moroccan style rooftop and more will ensure total peace at Riad El Fenn in Marrakech.
The moment you enter this stylish luxury hotel, shades of reds and pinks greet you with Vanessa’s favorite modern British art and ancient Moroccan crafts. Riad El Fenn is the ultimate place to stay in Marrakech for creative and hip travelers.
Stylish big bedrooms and even bigger suites, many with high ceilings, boast powerful showers, a deep bath, a huge array of colored baboubes (slippers) to choose from and NO TVs. But don’t worry, there is a cinema screen in Riad El Fenn’s restaurant downstairs. There’s a baby riad for bigger groups.
The ideal place to relax and unwind is either on El Fenn’s roof terrace with magical Marrakech views and a Berber-tented seating area or downstairs on your sun bed by the heated pool. Riad El Fenn’s roof terrace is also the perfect spot to have breakfast, lunch or dine under the stars. This is absolutely one of our favorite restaurants in Marrakech! Equipped with a piano for occasional live music, The Ell Fenn Cocktail Bar & Restaurant downstairs is another cool place at this gorgeous boutique hotel.
