Singita Lebombo Lodge
Singita Kruger National Park is located on the Park’s eastern border with Mozambique, and represents one of the few unspoilt territories in Africa where large prides of lion thrive. The rocky outcrops of the nearby Lebombo Mountain range provide a unique habitat for lots of species; including the famous Mountain Pride of lions. There are also elephants, leopards, rhino, cheetah, hyenas, giraffes, zebra, hippos, crocodiles and many other mammal, reptile and bird species.
Singita Lebombo Lodge sits on 15.000 hectares “full of wildlife” and Euphorbia trees. Like the Lebombo Euphorbia tree after which it was named, the design of The Singita Lebombo Lodge is one of a kind. Lebombo’s 15 loft-style suites are perched above the N’wanetsi River, and interiors showing a modern sophisticated style.
For getting up close to Africa’s most impressive wildlife, twice daily games drives are provided. If you want to do something else, no problem! Singita Lebombo organises mountain biking or archery, and for relaxation head to the spa or visit the fully equipped gym. At the shop you can even buy stuff for creating your own safari style at home. You can enjoy dinner in the traditional reed bomas, then spend the evening, if you wish, sleeping under the stars on your private terrace.
Good to know: The Singita Lembombo Lodge is part of the Singita lodges group. Singita is committed to making a sustainable difference to local communities and to protect the environment and wildlife. The philosophy of Singita is to believe in “fewer beds in larger areas”: the idea that a minimal number of guests would have little impact on the land and its fauna and flora.
