Woo Bros Restaurant
We’re always searching for new hotspots in our hometown. This time we found a very stylish new Asian restaurant with an eclectic, international and relaxed vibe. Woo Bros Restaurant is located one minute away from Waterlooplein in Amsterdam, and has become a very popular place to dine and drink since the opening in May 2012.
The younger sister of cool hotspots Dynasty, Bo Cinq and Lion Noir is the ultimate place to enjoy excellent Asian food and get inspired by the dark oriental setting. Start your evening with a cocktail at the hip, yet cosy lounge bar downstairs (only open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays), followed by dinner upstairs with your loved one or friends.
The interior, designed by Thijs Murre (Lion Noir), is something really unique at Woo Bros Restaurant. It’s a mix of East meets West with red walls, Arabic carpets, vintage chairs, lots of plants, Asian artefacts, and candles create a romantic atmosphere.
At Woo bros it is all about sharing food and the extensive menu consists of Asian food like raw salmon with avocado and ginger and soy dressing, crispy lobster spring roll with aioli, classic Peking duck with pancakes, cucumber and scallions, and many other delicious dishes such as sushi and sashimi platters. We highly recommend to order the tempura of shrimp and vegetables with a sriracha mayonnaise. To top it off, order a lychee cocktail and enjoy it!
